Abba, I carry my heart into Your Presence this day, seeking to know Your peace, Your divine care, the renewal of my person that is found in the Spirit’s touch.

The promise of Your Word is that you are near. “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34)Let me know the fullness of that comfort today.

I am grateful for the wintry beauty that I see today but so very thankful that Springtime comes ‘round again, with new life. Give hope to this world over which the cold breath of evil blows strongly.

Cause us to hope in the “Kingdom come.” With the Word we pray – “Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. … He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen.
Come, Lord Jesus.” (Revelation 22)

Let Your love that guards me overflow into the lives of those with whom I live this day.
